What you're signing up for

When you give Shaka Yards Landscape your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages related to your service. That includes quote follow-ups, appointment and visit reminders, “on my way” notices, job updates, and invoice or payment reminders.

How you opt in

You opt in by submitting your mobile number through a form on shakayards.com and checking the consent box, by giving it to us directly when booking, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency & cost

• Message frequency varies depending on your quotes, appointments and invoices.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier about your plan.

How to opt out or get help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation, then no further messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at 808-852-9222.
• Opting out of texts does not cancel your service — we'll reach you by phone or email instead.

Carriers & delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device.

Privacy

We do not sell your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
